Ruby Farkye, Operations Manager holds her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and has 10 years of experience working in homecare and hospice. Ruby oversees the daily operations of both Right at Home offices.
Carol Chornock, R.N., Nursing Supervisor, graduated from Hahnemann University in 1985. Carol worked in nursing homes in Philadelphia and Maryland until 1987 at which time she joined Georgetown University Hospital’s geriatric wing. Carol has also worked in various Maternal/Child areas as well as becoming a certified lactation consultant and working independently as such. In addition, Carol worked with the CDC in 2003 – 2004 doing quality assurance for a documented paper regarding pharmacology, side- effects and emergency room visits. Carol has been with Right at Home since 2007 and is responsible for the complete nursing oversight of the agency.
Jack Davidson, Director of Marketing for Right at Home is a Certified Health Consultant from Purdue University and a Certified Private Duty Sales Professional. Jack brings to Right at Home over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry in both the marketing and operations of home health, managed care, and labor relations.
Anne Shums, Community Liaison is originally from Bombay, India and a native to Annapolis since 2000. Anne’s affinity for mature adults (55+) remains her passion to sustain quality in an organization such Right At Home to maintain the highest level of excellence in serving our clients and formulate community based programs to promote cooperate networking. Anne currently holds a 4.0 GPA in completing her MBA in management and hopes to graduate in spring of 2010.
Gloria Johnson, Staffing Coordinator is a Certified Nursing Assistant whose professional experience includes working with seniors in independent and assisted living facilities. Gloria is responsible for the crucial task of matching appropriate caregivers with our valuable clients.

Jean Warner, Quality Assurance Coordinator is a Certified Nursing Assistant whose professional experience includes working with seniors in both home and facility based settings. Jean is responsible for maintaining the high quality of services being provided by Right at Home. Jean performs Quality Assurance visits with all Right at Home clients. |
